Ryan McCarthy
Mr. McCarthy represents individuals, corporations, and municipalities in a wide range of property and business matters. His practice focuses on land use and zoning law, property law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, foreclosure, municipal law, asset protection, corporations, and civil litigation.
Mr. McCarthy graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he was an editor of the Buffalo Law Review and an associate of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal. He was also a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, Norman B. Lewis Scholarship, and Joseph P. Peperone Memorial Scholarship.
He is a founding member and Partner with Hopkins, Sorgi & McCarthy, PLLC.
